The idea for this photograph began with the gunny sack. I love its texture and I was searching for something new to do with it. As I said, its most relevant characteristic, for me at least, is its texture, so I wanted something that could match that. And, honestly, it wasn't very difficult! Peanuts came almost immediately to my mind! Peanuts are delicious, their also have amazing texture, and they are very similar in color to my gunny sack. That was it! In my mind, I had created one of those images perfectly suited for a kitchen, dining room or restaurant. If you're looking for rustic and cozy, this might be it! I do really hope so!
